JOB DETAILS:
A leading Real Estate company seeking a Chief Financial Officer.

Purpose
• This position will be accountable for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, raising finance for upcoming development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

General Role Includes
• Drive the company's financial planning
• Provide annual budgeting and cash flow projections for each major asset
• Perform risk management by analytising the organisations liabilities and investments
• Establish financial operational strategies that are deadlinee sensitive and efficient with all regulatory requirements, especially taxation
• Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• Control and evaluate the organisation fundraising plans and capital structure
• Prepare and present financial reportsmto CEO/Board on a monthly quarterly and annual basis
• Prepare reliable forecasting reports
• Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
• Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
• Keep up with current market trends in the finance and real estate industry

Qualification Required & Experience
• BSc in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable
• 10 years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in real estate development property management, and/or construction industry
• Advanced working experience in Microsoft Office, Word Outlook, GP and other finance ERP systems
• Engagement with international financial institutions
• Exceptional interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to close deals
• International work and fundraising experience will be an added advantage
