Responsibilities
• Daily reconciliation of the tests conducted with Cash received, momo, cheque, or credit.
• Banking of cash received after reconciliation.
• Liaising with the front desk to ascertain full information on the test conducted from different locations.
• Entering of data into the accounting system.
• Issuing of Invoices to Credit customers.
• Assist in the management of the receivable portfolio.
• Follows up with treasury department in confirming cheques received.
• Reports on daily tests and sales made from all locations.
• Communicate any non-conformance to the team head.
• Adhering to the procedures and any updates on changes.
